Restorative & Yin Yoga Practice
A Yin practice is a quiet meditative practice. It works on the connective tissue to bring supple movement back to the body. Postures are held for a longer period of time than in an active practice (10-12 breaths). Attention is focused on deep breathing to release built up tension and help to soften muscles and tendons. A restorative practice is used to help restore the nervous system and release deeply held tension in the body and mind. Satiya guides you through the practi
