Hit reset and love up your body with a day designed to connect and awaken. Through simple movement and time in nature, we’ll release stress, recharge, and build energy for the season ahead.

Day's Flow:

10-11 AM Yin Yoga and Tea for the Liver with Satiya

Relax and unwind with gentle stretches targeting the hips, legs, and pelvis, supporting the liver meridian as it transitions into spring. Luxuriate in stillness and let your body fully release. During the longer poses, take time to draw, journal and sip the tea provided.

11-12 PM: Yoni Soma- Somatic Pelvic floor class with SarahReconnect with your pelvic floor, often the “forgotten” part of exercise. Explore your amazing anatomy, refine your awareness, and learn a simple routine to keep you connected to your feminine wisdom. We’ll end with a soothing womb space meditation.

12-12:55 PM: Spring Cleanse Potluck. Share vibrant plant based foods, connect with others, draw, journal and digest.

1-1:30 pm: Global walking meditation to nature spot

1:30-2 Yoga in Nature with Satiya Enjoy a standing and balancing practice in the forest with Satiya to increase your stability.

2-3 pm: Nature Moves with SarahAwaken your body from the inside out with somatic movement, then learn a dance sequence inspired by water. Celebrate sensuality, rhythm, and grace in a way that enlivens you to the core. Enjoy a solo movement meditation practice, journaling.

3-4 pm: Gather in Circle based on the Way of Council with Satiya

Share your experience, listen to others. How did you begin the day? How are you leaving? Conclude with a peaceful return walk.

What to bring: a journal, pen, cushion, blanket, yoga mat, plant based lunch to share. A piece for the alter or as a talking piece. Outdoor clothing to protect your clothes

Outdoor time: For people who don’t mind being in “weather”* Have good outdoor clothing and mobility to walk 20 minutes to our tree grove.

Sarah Hyams

This workshop experience draws on my passion for somatic movement, dance and my belief that once we tap into our pelvic floors, we feel really good! I love guiding women through embodied and creative experiences, to help them relax and feel more liberated. I’m a May baby and feel blessed to have this as my birthday month, let’s relish in this sensual season! I am an ICF somatic coach, I also have training in non-stylised environmental movement practice, somatic pelvic floor training and yin yoga. I’m also a trained teacher.

Satiya Channer

Satiya’s teaching is rooted in her deep personal journey with yoga, which became a pathway for healing, self-awareness, and finding greater ease in both body and life. With a special love for Yin and therapeutic movement, she guides practices that invite deep release, presence, and connection. Her approach blends conscious awareness, gentle challenge, and the understanding that yoga is more than movement—it’s a way of being that ripples into how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
