Join us for an evening of heart-centered connection, healing, and community.

The Sacred Heart Circle & Ceremony is a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and open to the wisdom of the heart. Through ceremony, meditation, Reiki, and shared reflection, we create an opportunity to release what no longer serves us and deepen our connection to ourselves and others.

Our evening begins with ceremonial tea and elixir, honoring the heart-opening gifts of these sacred plant allies. Together, we will enter a guided meditation journey designed to cultivate presence, self-awareness, and inner connection. During the meditation, Reiki energy will be offered to support relaxation, emotional balance, energetic alignment, and heart-centered healing.

Following the ceremony, we will gather in a sharing circle, where participants are invited to reflect on their experiences in a supportive and welcoming environment. Sharing is always optional, and all are welcome exactly as they are.

Now in its third year, the Sacred Heart Circle & Ceremony continues to evolve as a space for heart-centered healing, reflection, and connection. Whether this is your first time attending or you have joined us before, you are warmly invited to gather in community and open to the wisdom of the heart.
